To verify identity, the application requires users to submit a selfie, which is analyzed using advanced facial recognition technology to process biometric information. The submitted selfie is then compared to the photograph on the employee’s identification badge. It is important to note that all selfie images and their associated features are either deleted automatically or within a 24-hour timeframe after submission.
During the verification process, users will connect via a video call with their manager or another authorized Microsoft representative. This step emphasizes the commitment to a secure identity verification process.

Enabling Push Notifications is recommended for an enhanced user experience.
